Free IEEE Certification at EE Live! 2014

ieee-logoOrganizers for Electronics Engineering Live! 2014 have again partnered with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), offering all conference attendees the opportunity to receive three levels of IEEE certification for free.

The popular IEEE Certification Program is just one of many reasons you will want to attend EE Live! this year. The conference will take place at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center from March 31 to April 3, and will host dozens of educational sessions, postmortem discussions, specialized summits and boot camps, networking opportunities, and more.

You will be able to earn IEEE Continuing Education Units (CEUs) at EE Live! 2014, the currency awarded for engineers’ participation in a formal, non-credit program like a workshop, seminar, or tutorial. One CEU is equal to ten contact hours of instruction in a continuing education activity. Peer-reviewed by content experts, the Continuing Education Programs at EE Live! are guaranteed to meet IEEE’s strict criteria for educational excellence. You can read more about CEUs at the official IEEE website.

You can also secure Professional Development Hours (PDHs) at the conference — many states in the U.S. require professional engineers to obtain PDHs for maintaining licensure. Attendees can earn PDH certificates that can be used as evidence of participation in these courses at EE Live! to help meet their requirements.

Furthermore, the IEEE Certification Program will offer Certificates of Completion that acknowledge participation, attendance, or completion. You can earn certificates that can be used as evidence of participation in EE Live! courses. You will receive certification credits from IEEE electronically after EE Live! concludes.

Discounted Advance pricing is still available for EE Live! 2014 — you can save as much as $100 on an All Access Pass or a pass to the Embedded Systems Conference and Engineering Summits. Follow updates about EE Live!’s other programs, sessions, and announcements on the conference’s social media accounts on TwitterFacebookLinkedIn, and Google+.
